Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This policy explains what personal data Beyker Estrada Consulting collects, why, how it is used, and what rights you have over it. We keep this plain and honest — no walls of legal text.

1. Who We Are

The data controller is Beyker Estrada, operating as Beyker Estrada Consulting, based in Santiago, Chile. For any data-related questions, contact us at compliance@beykerestrada.com.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect what is necessary to provide the consultation service:

Booking form

Full name, email address, and your answers to the three pre-call questions. This is collected directly when you fill out the booking form.

Payment

Payment is processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number or banking details. PayPal shares only the transaction confirmation and payer email with us.

Scheduling

After payment, your name, email, and pre-call answers are passed to Cal.com to pre-fill your booking.

Analytics (with your consent)

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect anonymized usage data: pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (city level). Clarity also records session replays and heatmaps. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

3. Why We Process Your Data

To deliver the consultation service

Legal basis: contractual necessity (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))

Your name, email, and answers are used to conduct the session, deliver the written audit, and communicate about your booking.

Payment data is handled by PayPal under their own terms. We process the confirmation to confirm your booking.

  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal obligations.
