1. The Service

This booking covers a one-hour Notion consultation session with Beyker Estrada. Sessions are conducted via video call on a platform agreed in advance (Google Meet, Zoom, or similar). Within 72 business hours of your session, you will receive a written workspace audit and a prioritized action plan delivered to the email address you provided.

2. Payment

The consultation fee is $95 USD, payable in full at the time of booking via PayPal. Your session is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled call: You may request one complimentary reschedule (see Section 4). The fee is non-refundable but remains as a credit toward a future session or any project engagement.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled call: The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be issued.
• No-show: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or reschedule.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the original start time. The rescheduled session must take place within 60 days of the original booking date. Additional reschedule requests beyond the first are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not issued for completed sessions.
• If Beyker Estrada cancels or fails to attend, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days, or a priority reschedule at your choice.
• If a technical issue on our end prevents the session from taking place, a full refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.
• The service is advisory in nature. Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with the audit content or recommendations.

6. Project Credit

The $95 USD consultation fee is fully credited toward any project engagement that begins within 30 days of your consultation session. This credit applies once per client and cannot be combined with other offers.

7. Deliverables

The written audit and action plan will be delivered to your email within 72 business hours of the session. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Beyker Estrada will notify you promptly and agree on a revised delivery date.

8. Confidentiality

All information you share in your booking form or during the consultation is kept strictly confidential. It will not be shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than delivering your session.

9. Limitation of Liability

The consultation is advisory. Recommendations are based on information available at the time of the session. Results depend on your implementation decisions. No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes.
