1. Services Covered

These terms cover engagements with Beyker Estrada Consulting: a free 15-minute discovery call, a Notion Systems Audit, Notion Training, and a Notion Workspace Build. Paid sessions (the Audit and Training) are conducted via video call through our scheduling provider. The Audit is a 60-minute working session followed by a written report delivered within 72 hours. Training is billed hourly and includes a live session, a recording, and a written summary. A Workspace Build is a fixed-scope project quoted after an Audit and delivered over two to six weeks depending on size.

2. Payment

The Notion Systems Audit is $250 USD. Notion Training is $150 USD per hour with a two-hour ($300 USD) minimum. Workspace Builds are fixed-price and quoted in writing after your Audit: Sprint ($1,700), Core ($3,750), or Operating System ($7,500). The Audit and Training are paid in full at the time of booking through Cal.com. Core and Operating System Builds are paid half upfront to reserve your build slot and half at handoff; Sprint Builds are paid in full upfront. Your session or build is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before a scheduled Audit or Training session: You may request one complimentary reschedule (see Section 4). The fee is non-refundable and, per Section 6, is not credited toward any other service.
• Less than 24 hours before a scheduled session: The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be issued.
• No-show: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or reschedule.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule an Audit or Training session once with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the original start time. The rescheduled session must take place within 60 days of the original booking date. Additional reschedule requests beyond the first are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Training hours expire 60 days from purchase regardless of scheduling.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not issued for completed Audit or Training sessions.
• If Beyker Estrada Consulting cancels or fails to attend a session, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days, or a priority reschedule at your choice.
• If a technical issue on our end prevents a session from taking place, a full refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.
• The Audit and Training are advisory in nature. Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with the audit content, training material, or recommendations.
• Build deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Each build tier has a completion window (30 days for Sprint, 8 weeks from kickoff for Core, 4 months for Operating System); if a project goes quiet on the client’s side and the window closes, the deposit is not refunded. We flag the deadline well before it matters.

6. Audit Fee and Future Builds

The Notion Systems Audit is its own product with its own deliverable, and its fee is not credited toward a future Build engagement. If a Build makes sense, it is scoped and priced separately after the Audit. Training hours are likewise sold on their own and are not automatically converted into build credit.

7. Deliverables

The Audit report is delivered to your email within 72 hours of your session. Training sessions include a recording and a written summary, delivered within a few business days. Workspace Builds include documentation, training for the person who will own the system, and 30 days of support after handoff. In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting any deliverable, Beyker Estrada Consulting will notify you promptly and agree on a revised delivery date.

8. Confidentiality

All information you share in your booking form, during a session, or over the course of a project is kept strictly confidential. It will not be shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than delivering the service you booked.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Audit, Training, and Build services are advisory and implementation-based. Recommendations are based on information available at the time of the engagement. Results depend on your team’s implementation and adoption. No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes.
